2, sealing the test box in the powder circulation pump can be used to make talcum powder suspended other methods instead. Talcum powder is filtered with a metal hole sieve. Wire diameter 50 m, perforated size 75 m. The amount of talcum powder is 2 kg per cubic meter of test chamber volume and must not be used more than 20 times. It should be possible to maintain uniform suspended dust with sufficient density in the test chamber.

3, the test shell placed in the test box, should make the pressure in the shell vacuum pump to maintain lower than the atmospheric pressure, can also change the air pressure in the test box to achieve periodic changes in the air pressure in the test chamber.

4, the purpose of the test is to use pressure difference to pump the air from the box into the equipment, the amount of gas pumped is 80 times the volume of the tested shell, the pumping speed does not exceed 60 times the volume of the shell per hour. Under no circumstances shall the pressure difference exceed 2kPa.

5, the instrument should have an emergency emergency stop device to ensure the safety of the test abnormal.

6, sealing test case cover (door) should be sealed reliably, it is recommended that the inside wall of the test box using conductive materials, and ground to avoid static accumulation.
