First, the use of products

The equipment is suitable for testing electrical electronics, automotive, motorcycle parts and seals to prevent dust from entering seals and housings in a dust environment. To test the performance of electronic electrical products, automotive, motorcycle parts, seals in the dust environment, storage, transportation. The purpose of the test is to determine the possible harmful effects of particles carried by airflow on electrical products. Tests can be used to simulate open dust air environmental conditions induced by natural environments or man-made disturbances such as vehicle movements. |
Second, the design principle

Design a tapered funnel with a dust collection port at the bottom, install a high-pressure turbine cycle fan insuction port at the vacuuming port (bottom) and send the dust from the top of the inner box to the top of the inner box to be freely sprinkled from top to bottom through the top of the box, thus beginning the cycle. |
