Description

Introduction:
KS-DC03 power battery drop tester is also known as lithium-ion battery drop tester, lithium battery drop test bench. This machine simulates a battery falling from a height (lowest point height) of 1m to 1.5m onto a concrete floor (or a 30mm thick hardwood board), with each battery falling freely 3 times in any direction (face, corner, edge), the battery should not catch fire or explode. The battery drop tester is used to evaluate the safety performance of the battery by observing the test results.

Test Method:
        The battery drop tester can be used for free fall testing on the face, corners and edges of the specimen in any direction. It is equipped with an encoder for height tracking so that it can accurately give the drop height of the product with an error of no more than ±1% from the preset drop height. The equipment is surrounded by a 600mm high enclosure to prevent the specimen from exploding or breaking during the drop test, as well as the possible splashing of liquids and other contents to prevent injury to the testers.
