Introduction:
Power battery extrusion needling machine is an essential testing equipment for all battery manufacturers and research institutes. It tests the safety performance of the battery through the extrusion test or the needling test, and determines the experimental results through real-time test data (e.g. battery voltage, maximum temperature of the battery surface, pressure video data). The battery should not catch fire, explode or smoke after the squeeze test or the needling test.

Principle of operation:
Squeezing: The test cell is squeezed in two planes by applying a squeezing pressure of approximately 13KN through a vise or piston with a 32mm diameter hydraulic arm, the squeezing The squeezing pressure is continued until it rises and once the maximum pressure is reached, the squeezing is released.
Needling: The test should be carried out at an ambient temperature of 20°C ± 5°C.
