Description

Introduction:
This equipment is used for battery high altitude low pressure (high altitude) simulation test, the battery under test are 11.6kPa (1.68psi) under negative pressure test for 6 hours, the battery under test can not explode, no fire, no smoke, no leakage is qualified. The equipment can automatically control the test cycle (e.g. 6H), monitor the changes in air pressure inside the chamber throughout the test, and achieve automatic termination of the test.

Principle of operation:
Battery high altitude low pressure simulation chamber also known as battery height simulation chamber. The low air pressure storage state of the sample is reached in time, the test cycle can be controlled automatically, and the change in air pressure inside the chamber is monitored throughout to achieve automatic termination of the test.

Features:
1. The outer box is made of high quality A3 steel plate with high grade baking paint treatment, the coating is hard and firm, with strong rust resistance.
2. The inner box is made of high quality SUS201# stainless steel plate, and the inner box is coated with fireproof, corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean Teflon tape to protect the test chamber to the maximum.
