Description
Technical parameters:
1. Temperature range: normal temperature~80℃ (adjustable), common temperature 45±2℃
2. Temperature accuracy: ±0.5℃;
3. Temperature uniformity: ±2℃;
4. Stirring: Fix the sample on the rotating device (washing paddle) and rotate it in the solution for 0.5h at a speed of 60r/min;
5. Inner box material: SUS#304 stainless steel;
6. Test time: 0-9999H/M/S can be set arbitrarily;
7. Temperature control method: Intelligent PID control;
8. Control system: PLC man-machine interface, high modulus precision, the test is automatically completed after setting the parameters, simple and efficient;
9. Washing solution: configure a solution with a pH value of 11.0±0.1 (the NaOH solution with a mass fraction of 0.004% can be used), and the washing solution is prepared by the customer;
10. Immersion: Fix the sample on the rotating device, then place the sample in the solution (the height of the battery center from the liquid level is 300mm±10mm) and soak for 0.5h, and keep the temperature of the solution at (45±2)℃ during the test;
